Follow the Action at Ford Ironman Wisconsin

Family and friends of athletes competing at Ford Ironman Wisconsin, along with fans of triathlon, will be able to follow all the action on race day through www.ironman.com

Text updates, photos and video coverage will run on the Ironman website throughout the day and live athlete tracking will also be available. Those at the race site will be able to access this information courtesy of Charter Communications who will be providing computers at the Monona Terrace for public use.

On the Monday evening following the race, a highlights package will be available for viewing at www.nasports.com, log on for a look at how the race unfolded.

  General Entry for 2009 Subaru Ironman Canada Sold Out

Penticton, BC - General Entry slots for the 2009 edition of Subaru Ironman Canada have sold out. Slots were made available on-site in Penticton, BC and through the race website on Friday, August 29, 2008. The on-line entry closed in less than ten minutes.

An announcement will be made in the next few weeks with regard to NA Sports Community Fund slots. Please check back at www.nasports.com or the race website at www.ironman.ca

  Limited online entry slots available for 2009 Subaru Ironman Canada

Penticton, BC – A limited number of general entry slots for the 2009 Subaru Ironman Canada will be available on-line. These slots will be available through the www.ironman.ca website beginning at 9 AM PT Friday August 29th. Demand for these slots is expected to be high and therefore athletes are encouraged to go to the website as soon as possible.

Information regarding NA Sports Community Fund Slots and slots available through qualifying events will be posted on the www.ironman.ca and www.nasports.com websites in the coming weeks.

  Granger and Rhodes Champions at Subaru Ironman Canada

Penticton, BC – It was a perfect morning as 2,200 athletes entered the waters of Lake Okanagan for the 26th running of Subaru Ironman Canada today in Penticton and the surrounding area. The event was won by Belinda Granger of Australia and Bryan Rhodes of New Zealand.

  Returning Champions to Contest Subaru Ironman Canada

Penticton, BC – There will be three Subaru Ironman Canada champions in the pro field for the 26th edition of the race on Sunday, August, 24th. Leading the field will be three-time champion Lisa Bentley of Caledon, ON, Bentley is the 2007 defending champion. Fellow Canadian Jasper Blake and Belinda Granger both have one Subaru Ironman Canada titles to their credit.
